The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore the town and its ancient Khmer temples. The staff were excellent in every way, offering exceptional service and speaking some English. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern amenities like a big shower cabin and a fridge. Additionally, the hotel had a nice seating area and convenience stores nearby.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a town known for its annual Elephant round-up. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town, making it so convenient to explore nearby attractions. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities in the room were great, with a big shower cabin and even a fridge to keep my drinks cool. The breakfast options were impressive and really set me up for the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of any improvements that need to be made.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom had hot water and the front desk staff was helpful when asked for directions. The hotel is in a great location, it’s near a convenience store and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi as it helped me stay connected with my family during the New Year.

The hotel didn’t offer breakfast, which was a bummer. , there wasn’t any elevator, so if you’re someone with a lot of luggage or if you have trouble climbing stairs, this hotel might not be the best choice for you.

Great value for money, clean rooms with nice amenities and convenient location. During my business trip, I stayed at a hotel that offered a great value for money. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with a fridge and other amenities that made my stay more comfortable. the location was also very convenient, as it was close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Some language barrier with staff and lack of breakfast options. the only downside was that there was a bit of a language barrier with some staff members, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The cheap room prices make it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. Plus, the rooms come equipped with a fridge, which is perfect for storing breakfast items from the nearby 7/11.

Located in the heart of the town, Fortune Mansion offers a convenient stay for tourists. the rooms are clean, modern and equipped with a fridge. Some rooms at the back also come with a balcony and terrace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the staff is friendly and speaks basic English.

Limited English proficiency among the staff may be a challenge for some guests.
